ENOF-Enhanced Classic Coleslaw



No BBQ is complete without a creamy, crunchy coleslaw. This classic side dish gets a nutritious upgrade with the addition of ENOF powder. Shredded green cabbage and carrot are tossed in a tangy dressing made from mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of sweetness. This coleslaw is not only delicious but also packed with the vitamins and minerals your body needs.


  • 1 small head of green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar\
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ENOF powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, ENOF powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld. Serve this creamy, crunchy coleslaw as a perfect side to any BBQ dish!
