Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, contact ENOF within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of your money subject to the restrictions as indicated below.  Refunds will not be issued after 30 days of purchase. Refunds for 3 and 6 month orders will be issued following the receipt of returned, unopened and unused canisters. Refunds for 6 month orders may be subject to a $45 restocking charge.

If it is determined by BT Naturals LLC, in its sole discretion, that you are attempting to resell ENOF purchased through our website or any other marketplace including, but not limited to Amazon, then BT Naturals LLC shall have no obligation to provide a refund under this policy.
