- 1 slice of whole-grain bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 shakes of ENOF (or 1 level scoop)
- Toast the whole-grain bread until it's crispy.
- Mash the ripe avocado and mix with lemon juice, salt, pepper and ENOF
- Spread it evenly over the toast.
