Pretty much everyone knows that veggies provide a wide array of health benefits and eating them is hands down the healthiest thing we can all do. However, almost every child (and nearly all adults, too!) fall well short when it comes to consuming an adequate amount of vegetables. Sensory issues, busy schedules, and the expense and difficulty in preparing fresh vegetables can all contribute to this common problem.
In fact, according to the CDC, fewer than 1 in 10 Americans consume the full recommended 5 servings of vegetables each day and the average consumption is only 2.25 servings!
What's worse - the potato (mostly in the form of french fries) is by far the most consumed vegetable.
Traditional multivitamins and supplements don't solve the problem
So can supplements or multivitamins somehow fill this gigantic nutrition gap?
Unfortunately, traditional multivitamins and supplements (even superfood green powders) fall far short of capturing the full range of phytonutrients found in nature because of how their ingredients are processed.
Most processing techniques destroy or severely degrade most of the nutrients in plants forcing the manufacturers to "enrich" their products with synthetic vitamins.
Laboratory-created vitamins simply cannot match the complexity and bioavailability of those naturally occurring in whole foods.
In addition, superfood green powders are bulky - requiring up to 2 ounces of powder (that's as much as a 1/4 cup!) to make up a serving. This means that the only option is to use the powder in a smoothie or drink - a difficult proposition for most people.
But what if there was a way to process vegetables and capture nearly all of the hundreds of phytonutrients that exist in the plants?
And, at the same time, concentrate these nutrients to such a degree that just a tiny amount of the concentrate would have the nutritional equivalence of all of the vegetables you and your family are supposed to eat?
What if this concentrate was made from a rainbow of vegetables that you are already familiar with?
And, MOST IMPORTANTLY, what if the concentrate was virtually unnoticeable when mixed into other things?
NECESSITY was the mother of this invention
ENOF (pronounced like "enough") was created to fill the nutrition gap that existed for our founder's own daughter.
Working with a food scientist he developed a way to capture the phytonutrients in plants while eliminating the vast majority of the plant's bulk and water.
Think about it as having captured the nutritional essence of the plants!
The final, whole food concentate powder, is so nutritionally dense that just 1/12th of a teaspoon contains as much nutrition as 2.5 servings of vegetables - half of the daily recommendation for an adult.
Even better, by blending a rainbow assortment of different organic veggies - tomatoes, carrots, spinach, broccoli, beets and shiitake mushrooms - we were able to create a more complete nutritional profile for ENOF.
Such a small amount of the concentrate (did we mention, just 1/12th of a teaspoon?) is needed that you can easily mix it into anything you and your family otherwise eat or drink and it is virtually imperceptible.
Mix it into peanut butter, ketchup, soup, cereal, spaghetti sauce, yogurt, ice cream, pancake batter, milk, coffee, tea (our founder is not too ashamed to admit that he's added it to beer!) - pretty much anything you can think of.
You can even cook with ENOF without any significant diminution of the nutrition.
WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN THE ENOF FAMILY
Imagine... making anything you eat or drink so nutritious that it is like eating 2 1/2 servings of vegetables!
In fact, it actually IS eating the nutritional essence of 2 1/2 servings of veggies, since that is what ENOF is made from!
And there is virtually no way to tell the difference in taste or texture!
We now invite you to test ENOF out and join our founder's family (that's them in the pic!) and our over 65,000 customers who have already discovered how this tiny addition to their lives can have an enormous impact on their health and well-being.
"I have two kids who don't eat anything green. so i sprinkle this in to their pancake mix, banana bread mix and even in their smoothies. I still try and introduce veggies to them but if they choose not to eat them i feel confident they are getting the nutrients they need by this super powder."
THE CATS OUT THE BAG NOW!
"ENOF was recommended to me by a doctor since I had two texture and food sensitive children and it was so hard to get them to eat the right foods. I've been putting this in their food for the past 2 years and I try to include it on everything! Now as they are older and are more "aware" of how I make their food and it's no secret anymore that I add this to their food, they now actually ASK ME TO ADD IT!! And I even add it mine if I feel I need to boost my veggies!! I absolutely love this product and recommend it to anyone with picky eaters!"
"My 7 year old has always struggled with food and we have been looking for a way to sneak some nutrients in her diet. ENOF has been a secret hit in our house. We can add it to her meals with out her noticing and feel better knowing that she is getting some added nutrition."
Grown entirely in the USA and processed in the USA too
LOVE THIS PRODUCT, THANK YOU!
"My grandson is a big eater but not vegetables. He is a meat eater but rarely does he get vegetables. This product is so good, there is no taste and he is feeling so much better, better mood, better energy and I cannot thank you enough for creating this product. I am 61 and do not eat like I should so i use it too. It is simple, yet effective. Bless you if you have time to cook meals but if you don't or if you have a picky eater, This is what you need... Trying it sold me!"
"This little can has been a life saver for my family! My oldest is just the pickiest eater, and being able to sprinkle her ‘pink magic dust’ on what she does eat, gives me such peace of mind. I’ve seen a positive change in her bathroom habits and her overall energy levels. We’re going through some food therapy now, and this has been a game changer in the interim. It’s worth every penny, in my opinion!"
ENOF GAVE THE RESULTS WE WERE SEARCHING FOR
"My very picky eater son had stress and panic going to the bathroom He has been unknowingly taking Enof now for two months and I give him 3/4 of a serving spoon daily. Literally within a day of ingestion he began to have regular bowel movements My home is full of supplements This is one of the best products EVER. If you don’t take action nothing changes. Enof is a wonderful game changer ❤️Thanks a million for making this product available 🍀"
Frequently Asked Questions
The reason we did not use a smaller canister (that would have appeared more full) is that we needed enough room to publish the full Nutrition Facts on the label and a smaller canister did not provide sufficient space for this.
ENOF is safe to use for any age (although we generally do not suggest using ENOF until 12 months old) as long as you have confirmed that your child does not have any food-based allergies to the ingredients in ENOF. We recommend using only one serving of ENOF per day for children 5 years old and younger (their age dictates lower nutritional requirements), and two servings per day for ages 6+.
What is the shelf life of ENOF?
ENOF has a two year shelf life, but even after two years the product is still safe to use. If you use ENOF more than two years from the time you received it we cannot guarantee that the nutritional value of the product will be as indicated on the Nutrition Facts part of the label.
Can I cook with ENOF without damaging the nutrients?
Absolutely! You can put ENOF into recipes and (within reason) bake, boil, broil, grill, microwave, or freeze without impacting the nutrition provided by ENOF. We recommend the following:
Baking – 350F for no more than 45 minutes
Boiling – Medium flame for no more than 30 minutes
Broiling – High heat for no more than 10 minutes; broil on low to your heart’s content
Grill – Medium high flame for no more than 20 minutes
Microwave – High power for no more than 10 minutes when mixed into another dish
Freezing – No restrictions
Cooking for longer than the recommendations above will cause ENOF to degrade and begin to lose its nutritional value.
