- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 scoop of ENOF
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with maple syrup, olive oil, ENOF, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes.
