- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 level scoop (1/12th teaspoon) of ENOF
- Blend the frozen berries, banana, ENOF and almond milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Top with chia seeds, fruit, granola, shredded coconut, etc.
