This stuff is amazing. I was giving my kids Ella Olla vitamins but didnt feel great about just filling in their picky eating habits with vitamins. I like that this is made with real fruits and veggies. I have a 3 and 4 year old and neither has detected this. I just mix it in with their drinks once a day. My 4 year old is autistic and will only eat a handful of foods, so I am SO happy I found this product. There is a faint smell (its not overpowering) so I was worried at first that he would be able to taste it, but he hasn't! I've tried mixing other flavored supplements and even medicine when he was younger in his drinks and he would always taste it and refuse to drink. I read through the reviews and noticed that some people just sprinkled the product on top of Mac n cheese - i would definitely say to try it again but mix it into the cheese first. I would also recommend to try half of the serving at first in case your kiddo does have a super sensitive taste pallete. This is definitely worth a try if you have a picky eater 😊
My kid has ARFID,an eating disorder.He only has a few safe foods and none of them are vegetables. This lets me sneak in a bit of goodness. He eats Ramen 3x a week and I put it in there. The one time I did not use ENOF he said he can't eat it today because it tastes funny. He said I 'm sprinkling "LOVE" in his noodles.

I use enof as a supplemental item in my kitchen. As a mom of two, I often worry about the nutritional gaps in their diet. My 6 yr old son, like so many kids, is not a veggie fan (that’s putting it mildly) and I honestly would be so much more stressed out about this if it wasn’t for ENOF. I mix it in Mac & Cheese, spread a bit on his PB & Honey toast (have to mix it in well cause it does have a bit of a savoury taste), mix it in with pizza sauce, ranch dressing etc. I am seriously so thankful to have found this!!! This is easy to mix in anything and they don’t even realize it’s there if you hide it well enough. It’s been a life saver!

I've been using ENOF for years to make sure my SPD kids get enough nutrients despite their restricted diets. But as I stock our emergency supplies in preparation for natural disaster, power outage, civil unrest or other emergency that could affect our food supply, I make sure to keep 3 tins on hand at all times so I can always get "veggies" in each of us, even if our fresh produce and frozen veggies are gone.

Frequently Asked Questions
ENOF is safe to use for any age (although we generally do not suggest using ENOF until 12 months old) as long as you have confirmed that your child does not have any food-based allergies to the ingredients in ENOF. We recommend using only one serving of ENOF per day for children 5 years old and younger (their age dictates lower nutritional requirements), and two servings per day for ages 6+.
What is the shelf life of ENOF?
ENOF has a two year shelf life, but even after two years the product is still safe to use. If you use ENOF more than two years from the time you received it we cannot guarantee that the nutritional value of the product will be as indicated on the Nutrition Facts part of the label.
Can I cook with ENOF without damaging the nutrients?
Absolutely! You can put ENOF into recipes and (within reason) bake, boil, broil, grill, microwave, or freeze without impacting the nutrition provided by ENOF. We recommend the following:
Baking – 350F for no more than 45 minutes
Boiling – Medium flame for no more than 30 minutes
Broiling – High heat for no more than 10 minutes; broil on low to your heart’s content
Grill – Medium high flame for no more than 20 minutes
Microwave – High power for no more than 10 minutes when mixed into another dish
Freezing – No restrictions
Cooking for longer than the recommendations above will cause ENOF to degrade and begin to lose its nutritional value.
Gummy vitamins are commonly made using synthetic vitamins constructed in a lab. In this case the lab can synthesize the specific vitamin they are interested in creating but they miss out on the hundreds of other bio-active phytonutrients contained in fruits and vegetables which nutritionists believe work in concert with one another to provide effective human nourishment. In addition, most gummy vitamins are packed with sugar or other sweeteners and fillers. Is this really what you want to give your kids if they are missing fruits and vegetables from their diets? ENOF, on the other hand, is literally concentrated fruit and vegetables and nothing else. It contains no sugar or sweeteners of any type and has only a fraction of a calorie (rounds down to zero for the purposes of the Nutrition Facts).

Once the packages reach their destination country, they are handed over to the country's local postal service for final delivery.
