Warm Cinnamon Apple Smoothie 

Description:

Kickstart your fall mornings with this cozy, cinnamon-infused apple smoothie. Naturally sweet, with just the right blend of warming spices, it feels like autumn in a glass. And with ENOF, you’re adding a secret dose of veggies to your breakfast—without sacrificing any of that comforting fall flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/12th teaspoon ENOF (or your preferred amount)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)


Instructions:

  1. Add the chopped apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and almond butter to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Add a sprinkle of ENOF (about 1/12th of a teaspoon) and blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, toss in a few ice cubes and blend until the desired texture is reached.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding maple syrup if needed.
