Yes, ENOF is allergen-friendly. ENOF does not contain any of the most common allergens (nuts of any kind, shellfish, dairy products, eggs, wheat or soy) and is not subject to cross-contamination in our manufacturing facillity either.  You can read through the full nutrition information here. 

Yes! No gluten here, and no chance for cross-contamination either. ENOF is safe for those who have Celiac Disease or other gluten-related allergies.

The vegetables in ENOF are organic, however we have not yet obtained organic certification from the USDA.

ENOF is very concentrated, so just 1/12th of a teaspoon (or about 265 milligrams) makes up one full serving of ENOF.  Each canister contains 60 servings, but this only amounts to 16 grams of powder which fills the canister about 30% of the way. This is NOT a manufacturing error.

The FDA does not technically "approve" food items - which is what ENOF is.  They do require that we provide full disclosure of the ingredients and also provide Nutrition Facts for the product, both of which can be viewed on our product pages here.

WE KNOW. It’s really a small amount. This is possible due to new technology that allows for almost all of the bulk to be removed from the ingredients, leaving only the good stuff. Fantastic product

This fruit and vegetable powder is fantastic!! I put it in my son's pasta and he doesn't bat an eye. Such a great way to get vitamins into my picky eater 😀

A staple in my kitchen

I use enof as a supplemental item in my kitchen. As a mom of two, I often worry about the nutritional gaps in their diet. Sprinkling enof in their cereal every morning and various things I make throughout the week it gives me peace of mind to be sure their bodies are getting what they need. Not perfect but better

TLDR: it's not perfect, but it's pretty close, better than any other supplements I have tried so far. I can use it without gagging or throwing up so I consider that a win.

I'll start with, I'm an Autistic adult who struggles greatly with food. Fruits and veggies especially.

I got a sample pack to see if this would work for me. I have tried a number of different supplements and powders most of which I have been unable to tolerate at all. I had avoided this one as it's very costly.

I will say, it's not completely odourless and tasteless. It does have a bit of a flavor and a colour to it as well as a smell. HOWEVER, compared to everything else I have tried it is very very minimal. I mixed a single serving into a small glass of apple juice. It took a bit to dissolve but no more than any other fruit and veggie supplement. And the textural impact was very minimal. I imagine mixing this in to actual meals I would barely notice it at all

I can't speak to the actual health benefits yet as I only just got my sample pack. I do know that getting the nutrients from fruit and veggies does help me so hopefully this does the same.

I also want to note that customer service is very friendly, kind and understanding. Which is more than I can say for most companies

My son has zero clue now i really dont have to stress like i was its a freeing feeling knowing hes getting what he needs even if its not how i or anyone prefers. The fact is hes now getting his necessary nutrients no ifs, ands or buts.
